Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive Manager, Plant Operations to lead our Engineering department in achieving optimal plant performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement automation and digitization strategies to accelerate business growth and improve manufacturing operations.
  • Manage capital and non-capital investment projects to ensure compliance with company requirements and approved budgets.
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities, processes, and systems within the Engineering department to optimize resource utilization and asset protection.
  • Lead project teams to monitor and update the plant's Master Plan, ensuring alignment with business growth and expansion needs.
  • Ensure projects meet company requirements, including safety, environmental, quality, productivity, and financial standards, as well as local laws and regulations.
  • Manage external consultants/providers for construction, process, equipment, and service contracts.
  • Control assigned projects/contracts to ensure scope, budget, performance, and timeline compliance.
  • Implement corrective actions to address root causes of issues and develop automation standards.
  • Lead the Engineering Team, providing direction, training, and capability building to ensure team members' full engagement and sustained performance.
  • Develop and control Annual Maintenance and Repairs Operational Budgets.
  • Apply Operational Excellence (Lean Manufacturing) and EXIM tools to current processes.
  • Support Integrated Management Systems development and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Experience in Project Management (process and building, capital and non-capital) and Maintenance related responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and strategic relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in leading a team, people management, and supervisory skills are essential.
  • Good stress management skills and knowledge of Quality systems ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 are considered advantages.
  • Food/beverage processing or pharmaceutical manufacturing SC experience, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and SAP-Maintenance module basic experience are also advantageous.
Estimated Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
