Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Plant Operations Manager to lead our team of technicians in commissioning and operating plant facilities safely and efficiently. This role is a key position within INVISTA, requiring strong leadership skills and the ability to interact with all levels.

About the Role
  • Lead and manage a team of technicians to ensure safe and efficient operation of plant facilities.
  • Develop and implement production plans to meet production objectives and performance metrics.
  • Provide leadership during emergency response situations.
  • Evaluate and improve processes to optimize production performance and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • At least 5 years of experience in process operations, including supervisory experience.
  • Shift work and chemical plant experience required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
