About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Amazon Information Service (Beijing) Co., Ltd. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet business needs and drive results
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR partners to understand organizational needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source and attract top talent through proactive market research, networking, and relationship management
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including candidate assessment, selection, and onboarding
- Develop and implement data-driven recruitment strategies to optimize recruitment processes and improve results
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in a high-volume, high-hiring-bar environment
- Strong sourcing skills, with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive candidates
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Preferred Qualifications
- Desire to work in a dynamic, aggressively growing environment, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
- Ability to execute recruitment strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
