Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with global and local Procurement, Quality, Contract Manufacturing, and Manufacturing Technical teams during supplier development and qualification, as well as in the selection of new suppliers, advance quality planning, and assist in complaint processing during investigations.
  • Define and uphold quality standards for selected raw materials used in the production of various AA&F products for critical customers.
  • Establish and maintain essential process control parameters for raw material production in partnership with internal and external suppliers.
  • Conduct Supplier Specification Reviews in collaboration with Site Quality, Manufacturing Technical, and Procurement teams.
  • Engage closely with suppliers to ensure clear communication of DuPont's expectations, including regular audits, technical meetings, and on-site evaluations.
  • Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions for material quality failures.
  • Coordinate with the AA&F Global Quality Team, Technology Team, and Procurement Team to monitor supply performance and develop necessary corrective action plans.
  • Ensure that new and existing raw material supply strategies align with global objectives and risk management initiatives.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control systems is essential.
  • Experience in the chemical manufacturing industry is required.
  • Proven experience as a quality systems auditor is necessary.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Physical Sciences, any Engineering Discipline, or a related field is required.
  • Familiarity with ISO, IATF, and other quality standards is essential.
  • Training in Six Sigma and other improvement methodologies is preferred.
