The QC Inspector role encompasses a variety of essential duties, including but not limited to the following:

Conduct timely inspections during the production process in accordance with drawings, codes, standards, and specifications, while generating and distributing inspection reports to relevant parties promptly;

与HSE部门沟通生产现场的安全问题; Initiate Nonconformance Reports as necessary and monitor the implementation of corrective actions until closure;

Qualifications:

High school diploma or higher with a solid technical background in areas such as welding, machining, materials, NDT, etc.;
高中或以上教育,具有良好的技术背景,比如焊接、机加工、材料、无损探伤等等; Proficient in reading and interpreting drawings, welding symbols, and technical specifications;
具备识图、焊接符号、以及技术要求的能力; Competent in using MS Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
具有较好的计算机技能如Microsoft办公软件; Minimum of 3 years of experience in inspection and quality control within a steel manufacturing environment;
三年以上钢结构制造检验和质量控制经验; Strong sense of responsibility coupled with effective communication and teamwork skills;
有责任心、沟通良好; Willingness and ability to learn quality control knowledge and skills;
有较好的学习能力并愿意学习质量控制技能; Awareness of environmental, health, and safety supervision;
有环境、健康、安全意识; Ability to drive continuous quality improvement among suppliers;
