Job Title: Marketing Assistant Manager

Lesaffre is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer engagement in the industrial bakery market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute overall segmental business strategy for the Bakery Industry business.
  • Investigate and summarize market dynamics, value chain, competitor landscape, and customer segmentation.
  • Define product solution value proposition and build business opportunities/pipeline.
  • Lead co-brand cooperation with ecosystem partners to enlarge brand exposure in the Industry segment.
  • Work with Corporate Communication to build strategic partnerships with external parties.
  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee commercialization of new products and end-user satisfaction.
  • Implement strategic marketing projects and events to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
  • Develop selling kits and effective mechanics from a marketing perspective to drive sales.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years' experience in business development in B2B business.
  • Experience in a global company with a matrix organizational structure is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with end-user and customer qualification process, certification, and food safety standards.
  • Proven success in leading solution-oriented negotiation and commercialization at customers/end-users.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Good cross-functional/regional communication and customer interaction skills.
  • Good interpersonal communication and influence skills.
  • Good command of English.
