About the Role

As a Business Management Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business operations and technology within our dynamic organization. You will leverage your analytical skills and technical expertise to gather, interpret, and present data that drives informed decision-making across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Integration and Analysis: You will be responsible for understanding the intricate workings of different systems and processes. Your expertise in demand planning and proficiency with Power BI will enable you to extract valuable insights from diverse data sources.
  • Business-IT Liaison: Acting as a key communicator between the Business Management team and IT/System specialists, you will ensure clear understanding and articulation of business requirements. You will translate these needs into actionable database structures and reports that empower the Business Management team.
  • Sales Reporting and Insights: You will develop and maintain comprehensive sales reports, providing timely and insightful analyses to stakeholders. Your ability to identify trends and highlight key performance indicators will be essential in supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Process Optimization: You will actively seek opportunities to enhance team productivity by creating or refining tools based on data analysis. This may involve leveraging various databases and scripting languages to automate tasks and streamline workflows.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with marketing, sales, Group, and CSC teams to consolidate business data from different functions. Your ability to synthesize information and draw meaningful conclusions will be vital in fostering a data-driven culture.
  • Data Structure Maintenance: You will ensure the integrity and efficiency of data structures, supporting the daily operations of the Business Management team.
