About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at INVISTA. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in executing our company's IT and Operation vision in the digital plant area in Asia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with global integrated product teams to understand and align vision and strategies.
  • Utilize new technologies as well as existing solutions to create innovation, helping to improve quality, yields, utilization, predictability, and cost competitiveness for our manufacturing sites.
  • In-depth understanding of both IT and operation vision, status quo, and challenges by effective networking across teams in manufacturing sites as well as integrated global product teams.
  • Product team roadmap, initiatives, and best practices are proactively shared to regional operation partners, helping them connected with global strategy and priorities.
  • Well-researched points of view are provided to product teams for demands from Asia, ensuring the values are fully understood and the priorities are properly defined.
  • Awareness of initiatives in Asia is created through various methods (e.g. internal communication channels) to seek potential opportunities for knowledge sharing and value scale-up.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in IT business analysis or super user related working experience.
  • Strong communication & influencing skills in a matrix & global environment.
  • Advanced skills in business requirement elicitation, gathering and documentation.
  • Track record of sophisticated IT solution design and implementation.
  • Proven project management skills and the ability to deliver results.
  • Fluent Mandarin and English in both writing and speaking.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Plant digitalization related working experience.
  • MES, especially AVEVA/Wonderware MES related working experience.
