About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at INVISTA. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with global product teams to understand and align business strategies and visions.
  • Utilize new technologies and existing solutions to create innovation and improve quality, yields, utilization, predictability, and cost competitiveness.
  • Develop in-depth understanding of both IT and operation visions, status quo, and challenges through effective networking across teams.
  • Proactively share product team roadmaps, initiatives, and best practices with regional operation partners.
  • Provide well-researched points of view to product teams for demands from Asia, ensuring values are fully understood and priorities are properly defined.
  • Drive awareness of initiatives in Asia through various methods to seek potential opportunities for knowledge sharing and value scale-up.
  • Define problems and opportunities, design, and implement IT solutions to strike operational excellence and business results.
  • Analyse and expose process optimization opportunities by practicing excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Evaluate available options, seek best knowledge, and make well-substantiated buy and build decisions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of IT projects, adhering to constraints of time, budget, scope, and quality.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in IT business analysis or super user related working experience.
  • Strong communication & influencing skills in a matrix & global environment.
  • Advanced skills in business requirement elicitation, gathering, and documentation.
  • Track record of sophisticated IT solution design and implementation.
  • Proven project management skills and the ability to deliver results.
  • Fluent Mandarin and English in both writing and speaking.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Plant digitalization related working experience is a plus.
  • MES, especially AVEVA/Wonderware MES related working experience is a plus.
