Job Title: Logistics Specialist

At Tektronix, we are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth import and export of goods, while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Leverage resources and capabilities to solve import problems in collaboration with other related teams.
  • Work cooperatively with the Global Platform Logistics Team, 3PL logistics suppliers, and brokers to ensure on-time delivery of inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Collaborate with Customs and other government bureaus to obtain necessary certificates and resolve government-related affairs.
  • Effectively operate the E-lot system, ensuring annual Customs E-lot verification passes without issues.
  • Support China MFG revenue/OTD and inventory control initiatives.
  • Work closely with logistics and other functional teams on projects to meet logistics saving targets.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7 years of business experience in logistics and trade compliance.
  • Demonstrated strong capability in managing 3PL performance and working with government departments.
  • Good knowledge of Customs regulations, including necessary certificate applications (3C, electronic efficiency, Li battery transportation certificate, and used equipment import).
  • Good knowledge of classification and DG handling.
  • Experience working in a collaborative manner on cross-functional assignments with a broad range of issues in complex international environments.
  • Working experience in the Electric Industry or ACE company is a strong plus.
  • Fluent English in written and oral communication.
