Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new clients while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing accounts.
  • Identify and cultivate qualified leads through proactive outreach, guiding them through the sales funnel to conversion.
  • Conduct regular client visits to assess service satisfaction and explore new revenue opportunities.
  • Achieve and surpass revenue targets set by the organization.
  • Establish and implement customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Advocate for the services and products offered by all divisions, coordinating sales initiatives with other departments.
  • Collaborate with the tradeline manager and senior management to enhance the GTA and tradeline business.

Required Skills:

  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the Freight Forwarding or Logistics sector; experience in European markets is a plus.
  • Highly driven individual with in-depth knowledge of import/export ocean (NVOCC) and air freight, along with experience in selling value-added 3PL solutions.
  • Proficient communication skills in English and Chinese, both spoken and written; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with personal computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Strong work ethic and punctuality.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a collaborative spirit.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback to supervisors.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively, often under tight deadlines.
