Key Responsibilities
As a key member of the Advanced Sterilization Products team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and product adoption.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive product adoption and business growth, working closely with the Marketing Head to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify customer pain points, market trends, and competitor activity, providing insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Head to develop and execute launch plans for new products, including global and cross-functional communication, timeline management, and sales motivation.
- Provide marketing support to the sales team to ensure sales target achievement and market share gain, including developing and executing sales enablement programs.
- Plan and execute marketing events to deliver the brand message and achieve high customer satisfaction, ensuring cost-effective programs within budget.
- Develop and maintain key opinion leader (KOL) relationships to ensure endorsement of Advanced Sterilization Products.
- Lead and manage sales funnel activities, including new customer information collection, business opportunity tracking, and funnel stage tracking with the sales team to improve win rates.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree, with an MBA preferred.
- At least 5 years of working experience, with at least 3 years in a marketing function or sales role, preferably in the medical devices industry, especially equipment sales.
- Good oral and written English ability, with a CET-6 certificate.
- Proficient in using routine computer software, such as MS Office.
- Good data processing ability, with proficiency in Excel or Access preferred.
- Willingness to travel when required, including weekends.
