About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Pharma Business Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team at International Flavors & Fragrances. As a key member of our Pharma Solutions business, you will be responsible for planning and managing key accounts in China.
Your Focus
- Develop and execute business plans to grow sales in key accounts for Pharma Solutions products in China.
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and identify new business opportunities to increase sales.
- Manage key accounts, execute growth opportunities, and meet sales budget requirements annually.
- Develop and negotiate contracts to meet sales targets and drive profitable growth for key accounts.
- Coordinate interfaces between customers and other company resources to provide value-added services.
- Develop sales presentations, call plans, proposals, and reports for internal and external communication.
- Obtain and communicate market information related to key accounts and competitive practices.
- Prepare sales forecasts and budget planning for key accounts.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A B.Sc. in Pharmaceutical/Chemistry or a related field.
- At least 5 years of sales management experience in fine chemicals for pharmaceutical applications.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- A highly driven person with execution excellence and a big appetite for success.
- Good interpersonal and communication abilities to influence others internally and externally.
- Maturity and independence with the ability to work with little supervision.
- Results-oriented and responsive to corrective actions.
