Business Process Innovation Specialist

CEVA Logistics is seeking a highly skilled Business Process Engineer to join our team in Greater China. As a key member of our process innovation team, you will play a crucial role in delivering process improvement initiatives and driving sustainable change across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with business stakeholders to build a continuous improvement environment and support ongoing change programs.
- Identify and eliminate unnecessary complexity in business processes, and develop better ways of working to improve efficiency and value delivery.
- Lead and facilitate process improvement workshops to drive ideas and solutions.
- Establish a continuous improvement monitoring system to identify trends and process variations.
- Develop and implement a 'best-in-class' continuous improvement strategy.
- Take ownership of change initiatives from identification to project delivery, using internal governance and controls.
- Elicit requirements and drive process change through staff interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, business analysis, and workflow analysis.
- Work with other team members and business services departments to develop new support materials based on revised processes, including training, reporting, and systems enhancements.
- Monitor project risks to foresee potential problems and proactively identify solutions.
- Ensure business impact and project objectives/dependencies are identified, reported on, and managed.
- Complete post-implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery and identify areas for improvement.
- Relevant experience in managing sea operations or proven continuous improvement analytical experience from a similar role, including project management and business analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of partners, senior managers, and subject matter experts (Mandarin and English).
- Rich knowledge of Sea Export and Import operations and customs regulations.
- Strong project and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of interpreting business needs and translating them into operational requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience of the whole project life cycle, able to operate in the initial conceptual design stage, in the depths of system testing, and at each step in between.
- Ability to set up, facilitate, and lead service improvement/'Workshop' sessions with a range of business stakeholders (including experience of process/value stream mapping).
- Knowledge of CargoWise One TMS solution.
