About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Ops Specialist to join our China Global Selling team at Amazon (Shanghai) International Trading Company Limited. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering timely business operations and high-quality work products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business teams to identify issues, manage key business operations processes, set priorities, and provide systematic solutions.
  • Leverage Amazon-approved data tools to manage and optimize sales opportunities.
  • Work relentlessly to improve existing processes and make recommendations for systems, process, and business improvements.
  • Develop SOPs, workflows, metrics, reports, or other analytical tools to maximize productivity.
  • Assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, and provide escalation management.
  • Communicate effectively and clearly on issues identified.
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve Selling Partners' issues and questions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional experience in sales operations, program management, data analysis, or other related fields.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in Excel/SQL.
  • Ability to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing priorities.
  • Technical savvy and enthusiasm for innovation.
  • Excellent time management skills and flexibility.
  • Effective communication and composure.
  • Exemplary performance record and proficiency in English and Chinese verbal and written communication.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Business acumen in relevant fields.
  • Experience with CRM, reporting, forecasting, sales force automation, and data analysis.
  • Ability to dive deep into data and processes to invent, simplify, and improve inefficient processes.
