IT Business Operations Intern

Your Role:
As an IT Business Specialist Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of key IT functions. Your responsibilities will encompass areas such as IT Performance Management, Procurement Operations (PO), Quality and Compliance within IT, Vendor Relationship Management, and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in the execution of daily tasks related to IT performance monitoring and reporting.
- Provide administrative support for IT procurement processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Contribute to maintaining IT quality standards and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Support vendor management activities, including communication and documentation.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing IT processes and efficiency.
Who We're Looking For:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Possess strong English language skills, including excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrate a proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Exhibit a willingness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
