Job Title: Business Operations Manager

Amazon (Shanghai) International Trading Company Limited Shenzhen Branch - K17 is seeking a talented Business Operations Manager to support our Global Selling team in Asia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships with Asia Sellers, Account Managers, and local service providers to collect Seller Voice and anecdotes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business plans to improve Seller Experience and achieve growth and success at Amazon platform.
  • Analyze trends of Seller voice and anecdotes to identify opportunities and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Clearly communicate business-related information and gain support from internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Establish strong relationships and trust with local and global stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or customer interactions experience.
  • 3+ years of developing and executing business plans.
  • Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Enthusiasm and strong self-motivation.
  • Demonstrates effective communication, composure, and professional attitude. Proficient in both English and Chinese communication.
  • Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience on cross-border e-commerce regulatory compliance.
