Amazon is expanding its Paid Service strategy globally, and we're seeking a seasoned Business Operations Team Lead to drive the success of China Sellers on the Amazon Marketplace. As a key member of our Paid Services Central Team, you'll have the opportunity to shape and deliver our suite of Paid Service products, collaborating with internal stakeholders and business teams to develop and improve significant service offerings and launch new initiatives to support the growth of China Paid Service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and optimization of business operations, prioritizing needs based on business status and serving as the main point of contact for all China Paid Service related Business Operations.
  • Work cross-functionally and globally with internal Amazon stakeholders to align on working mechanisms and drive efficiency to enhance seller experience and contribute to business success.
  • Innovate and optimize operate processes to achieve productivity and goals, acting as an SME to solve local and worldwide Paid Service ops questions and issues, and providing training and know-how to other teams.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience leading business operations, with strong operation functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users.
  • In-depth understanding of business processes related to Sales, Marketing, Support, and Operations, with impeccable attention to detail, passion for processes, systems/tools, and data analytic.
  • Strong communication skills to communicate complex data models with simplicity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA from top-tier school.
  • Experience in e-Commerce and/or in a hi-tech B2B sales organization.
  • Experience in inventing and delivering efficiency mechanisms in startup environments.
