Department of AccountingThe Department of Accounting at IBSS is a dynamic and growing unit that offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs in accounting. With a team of 28 academic staff, the department is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and research in accounting and related fields. The department has received professional accreditation from ICAEW, ACCA, CIMA, CPA Australia, and ICAEW, and its students have performed well in national and international competitions organized by professional accounting bodies.
Responsibilities and Qualifications- Deliver lectures and tutorials across all years of the undergraduate and postgraduate programs
- Supervise undergraduate final year projects and master's dissertations
- Engage in professional development activities
- Provide quality service and other intellectual contribution
- Have a Juris Doctorate or equivalent
- Present evidence of, or capacity to produce, Business Law publication in peer-reviewed outlets or equivalent creative activity
- Demonstrated ability to teach Business Law at the undergraduate and/or graduate levels
- Record of past teaching experience at the undergraduate and/or graduate levels
- Curriculum design and program development experience
- Engagement with professional community
- Adaptability in working in a collegial environment
- Clear career development path with annual review
- Professional development trainings are provided
