- Thoroughly understands and interprets BV Regulations, Notes, and International Standards accurately.

- Offers pre-contractual services to clients.
- Engages in the solicitation of activities in collaboration with the Manager and supports the Marketing Manager as directed by the Manager.
- Conducts drawing reviews as per job assignments.
- Evaluates drawings in line with the latest applicable BV regulations, international standards, and relevant technical guidance under the supervision of the Manager and Head Office.
- Organizes and maintains approved drawings, calculation sheets, computational data, faxes, and correspondence for each vessel.
- Utilizes BV stamps in accordance with established work instructions.
- Keeps BV Rules, Regulations, Notes, Codes, BV software, and other documents updated and organized.
- Operates the computer efficiently and maintains it in optimal working condition.
- Participates in the scheduled monitoring of activities as per MPG.
- Provides necessary information to section secretaries for invoicing purposes.
- Assists BV surveyors in resolving issues that arise during the ship construction phase.
- Communicates with the Head Office and other offices on technical matters.
- Collaborates with clients to address technical challenges.
- Refers any claims or complaints from clients to the Manager or Quality Manager in accordance with MPG and local procedures.
- Capable of independently performing calculations, analyses, and reviews under guidance.
- Adheres to the requirements of the HSE management system.
Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Naval Architecture, Ocean Engineering, or a related field;
2. Over 5 years of professional experience, particularly in design roles within Shipyards or Design Firms;
3. Open to innovation and committed to continuous learning;
4. Preference for candidates with experience in stability calculations for ships and offshore units;
5. Proficient in English, both spoken and written;
6. Strong team spirit, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure and independently;
7. Responsible and diligent in all tasks.
