Job Title: Senior PTP Analyst

Biogen is seeking a highly skilled Senior PTP Analyst to join our Global Business Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of PTP-related activities, including reviewing, validating, and processing third-party invoices and supporting documents for Asia Pacific Affiliates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and validate third-party invoices and supporting documents for Asia Pacific Affiliates
  • Process Travel and Expense (T&E) claims for employees of Asia Pacific Affiliates
  • Manage Vendor Master Data and ensure timely processing of requests
  • Provide solutions for inquiries and requests from other employees and country organizations
  • Ensure SOX/internal controls are completed, documented, and reviewed in a timely manner
  • Support internal and external auditors' reviews and inquiries
  • Champion company T&E policy and internal compliance requirements
  • Support PTP process improvements and digitization initiatives
  • Play a key role in project management and coordination with different functions
  • Support month-end closing, B/S reconciliation, and analysis for AP-related parts
  • Work closely with AP and requester for payment process and issue resolution
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • 5+ years' experience in AP in a multinational company
  • Experience in Korea market operation preferred
  • Project experience in standardizing or simplifying E2E processes
  • Good understanding of international banking and payments systems
  • Experience in an international, customer-centric environment preferred
  • Experience with Oracle/SAP ERP systems preferred
  • Good handling of Word and Excel, Power BI experience considered an advantage
  • GBS/Shared Service Center/BPO working environment experience preferred
  • Healthcare/pharma/Life sciences industry background an advantage
  • Well-organized, clear thinking, and good communication skills
  • Fluent in Mandarin, Korean, and English, orally and in writing
