Cadence Design Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Credit and Collections Specialist.

About the Role:

  • Responsible for collection activities for the AsiaPac Region, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Track and verify weekly invoice distributions and VAT invoices, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate customer auditing and confirmation letters, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Monitor CD shipments and customer registration forms, ensuring seamless logistics and onboarding processes.
  • Manage WHT certification tracking and filing, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
  • Provide support to Credit and Collections team members in other regions, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
  • Assist with occasional projects and ad-hoc reports as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements and Experience:

  • Proficient in Mandarin and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and self-organization, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Work a minimum of 2-3 days per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
