Position Overview

The role involves orchestrating marketing initiatives, promoting products, executing territory marketing strategies, enhancing product awareness among distributors and customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead promotional projects for key products, including Tumor, Thyroid, Hormone, Cardiac, and PCT, with the aim of boosting regional sales performance.
  • Collaborate with sales and distributor teams to meet established sales objectives.
  • Engage closely with sales and distributors to cultivate and sustain relationships with regional key customers, aiding in the development of these relationships and optimizing reagent usage.
  • Provide training and support to resellers to enhance their understanding of the products.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns, which may include hospital meetings and regional events, to elevate awareness of Roche products.
  • Identify and maintain relationships with regional speakers.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Take on additional projects or responsibilities as directed by the line manager.
  • Ensure all business activities comply with Roche's standards, including Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, and Roche Safety, Security, Health, and Environmental Protection protocols.

Qualifications

A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Clinical Diagnostics Science or Business Administration is required.

Applicants should possess:

  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, along with strong skills in MS Office applications.
  • Expertise in product and application knowledge.
  • A background in hospital laboratory diagnostics or a minimum of three years of marketing, sales, or application experience in a related field.
