Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced District Manager to lead our market team in the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the medical industry, with a proven track record of sales success and team leadership. They will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet company targets;
- Building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders;
- Organizing regular product seminars and workshops to enhance customer knowledge;
- Collaborating with marketing and business teams to achieve regional objectives;
- Maintaining accurate records of market information and CRM system updates.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- A bachelor's degree or higher in a related field;
- At least 10 years of experience in medical sales, with 3 years of team management experience;
- Proven expertise in consumable products and hospital development;
- Excellent communication, learning, and commercial skills;
- Honesty and integrity, with the ability to handle pressure.
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
