Your Impact

  • Develop and implement cost management strategies to optimize product costs in R&D and Design to Cost projects.
  • Analyze and compare target costs with calculated costs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to define cost gap measures and track progress.
  • Calculate cost savings for localization and adaptation projects.
  • Verify project costs align with system costs in offer and project execution stages.
  • Monitor standard costs in the system to ensure accurate closing results.
  • Drive costing-related internal control process optimization.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • At least 3 years of experience in costing accounting in a factory environment.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, ERP (SAP preferred), and PowerPoint, with Power BI/Access a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to multitask, detail-oriented, and active working style.
  • Good command of English in both speaking and writing.
