The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the Bank's investment operations and implementing the Project Prioritization and Quality (PPQ) framework.

Key Responsibilities

* Review project monitoring reports and provide comments and suggestions for project improvements
* Develop and maintain systems, models, and processes to capture data and facilitate decision-making
* Collaborate with project teams to identify areas for quality enhancement and provide actionable recommendations
* Monitor assigned sector team portfolios and liaise directly with relevant teams
* Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements

* Master's degree in a relevant field
* Minimum 5-8 years of operational experience in a multilateral development bank
* Excellent understanding of MDB operations and processes
* Strong analytical and reporting skills
* Ability to work effectively as a team member and under time pressure
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
