About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Professional to join our team in China. As a key member of our Cybersecurity Team, you will play a critical role in protecting Siemens Energy's assets and ensuring the security of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage protective or corrective measures during incidents
  • Lead and supervise the incident management process from beginning to end
  • Collaborate with a cross-organizational Incident Handling Team and Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) to ensure the security of Siemens Energy
  • Build, maintain, and support various cybersecurity communities in SE Countries, Divisions & Functions
  • Advise non-senior management and cyber communities on all aspects of cybersecurity
  • Advance cybersecurity objectives within local communities
  • Understand community business demand for cybersecurity and drive its delivery
  • Identify and protect critical assets and manage the cybersecurity risk management process and vulnerability, as well as incident handling
  • Develop and implement training and awareness campaigns
  • Report on stakeholders' cybersecurity compliance
Requirements
  • Certified in Cybersecurity (CISSP, CISM, GCIH, ECIH or similar)
  • Experience with security technologies related to the SOC, at minimum SIEM and EDR
  • University degree or equivalent experience in information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field
  • Longstanding professional experience across different functions and businesses in Cybersecurity and/or Information Technology and a strong ability to lead, coach, and develop cross-functional, multi-national teams
  • Ability to assess security threats and risk impact on the organization
  • Experience in working with multiple stakeholders in a variety of functions at multiple levels and the ability to work in a matrix organization
  • Experience in leading across organizational reporting lines
  • Experience in managing multiple projects
  • Business-fluent English language skill, in addition to local language skills and the ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time
