  • Oversee daily operational activities.
  • Manage bookings and coordinate with vendors, providing local standard operating procedures to new clients for their convenience.
  • Assist vendors in navigating local processes, including customs and loading procedures.
  • Ensure the creation and verification of shipper and consignee account numbers for each shipment within a two-day timeframe upon receiving the booking order.
  • Coordinate shipment logistics: secure and confirm space with carriers, keeping clients, supervisors, and overseas partners informed of any delays or cancellations, and escalate space issues promptly.
  • Arrange trucking, warehouse loading, and customs clearance, proactively addressing any operational challenges while keeping clients and supervisors updated on customs inspections, additional charges, or carrier issues.
  • Send pre-alerts to relevant parties in strict adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Track shipments until arrival at destination.
  • Complete the entire operational process, including delivery and freight settlement with clients.
  • Update the CW1 system promptly in accordance with relevant SOPs and guidelines.
  • Notify supervisors of any unusual situations or issues arising during daily operations.
  • Provide support for team members during their absence or leave.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
