About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Construction Consultant to join our team as an Asset Lifecycle Expert. This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading-edge technology solutions and craft innovative consulting projects that drive business growth.

Job Overview:

This role involves implementing ALM (Asset Lifecycle Management) methods and solutions across various building and infrastructure project phases and types. You will collaborate with Project Managers to design and implement project solutions and workflows for owners, designers, engineers, and builders. Your expertise will be pivotal in defining connected workflows, optimizing complex systems, and configuring technology.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement ALM methods and solutions on large-scale building and infrastructure projects
  • Design and implement project solutions and workflows for stakeholders
  • Define connected workflows and optimize complex systems
  • Create and manage project databases, audit BIM data, and customize via scripting
  • Work closely with clients to determine their requirements, objectives, and communicate these back to key business functions
  • Raise client satisfaction by providing excellent service delivery and developing strong relationships

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • +5 years of professional practice experience, preferably in Linear Infrastructure or Maintenance & Operations projects
  • Graduate degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management
  • Experience with digital AECO tools and CDE platforms
  • Fluency in French and English languages
  • Experience in developing and deploying consulting projects, process mapping, and implementation
  • Interest in new technologies and their application to the AECO industry
  • Ability to learn new skills and knowledge, working both independently and within a team
  • Domain knowledge in design and construction methods, processes, and systems, including common construction terminology and standards, building types, and systems
