About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Consultant to join our AECO technology advisory team. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering leading-edge solutions to the industry's most challenging projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement ALM methods and solutions across various building and infrastructure project phases and types.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to design and implement project solutions and workflows for owners, designers, engineers, and builders.
  • Define connected workflows and optimize complex systems and technology configurations.
  • Create and manage project databases, audit BIM data, and customize via scripting.
  • Work closely with clients to determine their key requirements, collaboration objectives, and communicate these requirements back to key business functions.
  • Strive to retain existing clients and ensure the maximum longevity of their relationship with Trimble through proactive contact and excellent service delivery.

Requirements

  • +5 years of professional practice, preferably on Linear Infrastructure projects or Maintenance & Operations projects.
  • Graduate degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management.
  • Experience with digital AECO tools and CDE (Common Data Environment) Platforms.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Experience in developing and deploying consulting projects, Process Mapping & Implementation.
  • Interest in new technologies and how ALM can be applied to the AECO industry.
  • Deep interest in learning new skills and knowledge with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Domain knowledge around design and construction methods, processes, and systems, with understanding common construction terminology and standards, as well as various building types and systems.
  • Capacity to interact with the Client and its team for on-site missions and ability to engage and develop a growth path with the client for further missions.
