Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for coordinating the installation of our cutting-edge lithography equipment at customer sites worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage technical support escalations, working closely with subject matter experts to resolve complex issues.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving process enhancements and best practices throughout the organization.
  • Show safety leadership on-site, ensuring compliance with ASML's safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business administration).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or a related field, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other relevant software tools.
  • Ability to travel frequently, up to 80%, including international assignments.
