About the location:Four Seasons Hotel Dalian is located in the picturesque coastal city of Dalian, right in the heart of the Donggang CBD in Northern China.
Situated near the vibrant Renmin Road business district and the International Conference Center, this area serves as a crucial economic hub, encompassing key sectors such as business, finance, information technology, and tourism.
The hotel boasts six unique dining venues and bars, spread across the first floor and the 39th to 41st floors.These establishments showcase a variety of culinary styles, including Chinese, Western, and Japanese cuisines, complemented by a delightful bakery, a specialty bar, and a lobby lounge with stunning skyline views, offering a luxurious urban lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional service to guests by demonstrating a thorough understanding of the menu items and cooking techniques.
2. Anticipate guest needs, ensure satisfaction, offer recommendations, and respond promptly and appropriately to inquiries and requests.
3. Collaborate harmoniously and professionally with colleagues and supervisors.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:1. Vocational school education or equivalent qualifications.
2. Intermediate proficiency in English.
3. Completion of secondary education or higher.
4. Moderate English language skills.
