Automotive Technical Marketing Specialist

NVIDIA is seeking a Technical Marketing Manager to enhance our automotive division. In this role, you will serve as the technical authority to advocate for automotive System on Chips (SoCs), engaging with a diverse range of customers and partners. This position operates at the confluence of technology and business, allowing you to collaborate with a dynamic team to drive customer engagement, expand our automotive market presence, and assess industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Articulate NVIDIA's automotive SoC roadmap and vision to clients and collaborators. Partner with business units to develop strategies that secure design victories.
  • Analyze consumer requirements and expectations, particularly in the realms of Autonomous driving and E-cockpit technologies.
  • Act as the technical authority on SoCs. Deliver presentations on SoC features and specifications to clients. Engage in in-depth technical discussions regarding chip and platform architecture, showcasing the advantages of NVIDIA SoCs.
  • Conduct use case evaluations and align algorithms with hardware capabilities, collaborating with internal hardware and software teams to propose effective solutions.
  • Gather market intelligence and interpret industry trends. Conduct benchmarking and competitive analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Over 10 years of experience in engineering or technical marketing within the automotive sector.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive industry and high-performance SoCs.
  • Extensive technical knowledge and the ability to engage clients on various technical subjects, including chips, Electronic Control Units (ECUs), software, and vehicle electronic architecture.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English, with strong capabilities in speaking and writing.
  • Experience in autonomous driving or E-cockpit sectors is advantageous.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field.
  • Demonstrated success in a client-facing capacity.
