We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Simulation Engineer to join our team at General Motors. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing simulation models and tools to support the development of our vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop simulation models and tools to support vehicle development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate simulation results into vehicle design and testing
  • Develop and maintain simulation software and tools to support vehicle testing and validation
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers on simulation techniques and tools
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest simulation technologies and methodologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Automation, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering
  • Proficient in using Matlab or C++/Python programming
  • Experience in using simulation software such as CarSim and Prescan, or experience in general simulation testing (MIL, SIL, HIL, VIL, etc.)
  • Good analytical ability where problems are unusual and complex
  • Proactive study sense, structural and forward thinking, team work spirit
  • Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Have a serious and responsible work attitude

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of perception algorithm
