Simulation Engineering Lead

Job Title: Senior Simulation Engineering
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Simulation Engineering professional to join our team at General Motors. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading simulation engineering efforts to support the development of our vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain simulation models for vehicle dynamics, safety, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate simulation results into vehicle development processes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers to ensure high-quality simulation deliverables.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in simulation engineering.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure alignment with simulation engineering goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, such as computer science, automation, electronics, or electrical engineering.
- Proficient in using Matlab or C++/Python programming languages.
- Experience in using simulation software such as CarSim and Prescan, or experience in general simulation testing (MIL, SIL, HIL, VIL, etc.) is preferred.
- Good analytical ability with unusual and complex problems.
- Proactive study sense, structural, and forward-thinking team work spirit.
- Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Have a serious and responsible work attitude.
