Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to support our Supply Chain team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to senior executives, arrange travel plans, and maintain calendars.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange and organize travel plans, documents, and reservations for domestic and international travels
  • Support Global/Regional team's visit to China, arrange travel and meeting plans, and organize meetings and workshops
  • Maintain calendar, make appointments, and arrange meetings on regular or unscheduled basis
  • Documentation support, presentation preparation, and protecting confidential information
  • Daily administration support for the Supply Chain department, including documents receiving and distributing, fixed assets inventory, stationery application, purchase request application, service receiving, and cost control

Meeting Arrangement

  • Organize and participate in team meetings, generate action items, and minutes, and distribute communications
  • Administrative support for SC key initiatives, projects, or big events
  • Maintain a proper business filing/database system and maintain relevant reports

Business Excellence

  • Support Supply Chain Leadership Team to promote OBP mindset and define annual goals based on the Strategy of Company and PTSR, and drive the goal achievement by systematically goal tracking and problem solving
  • Responsible for Supply Chain project portfolio management activities tracing and routine summary report data collection, process tracing, monthly status update, etc.
  • Drive and support each project for success by close status monitoring and coordinating the trouble shooting when DevelopmentSupport the people learning strategy setup and executionSupport people capability build up according to the needs of business development.Support team culture building and activities design and assignments

Qualification and Experience

  • Education/Qualifications: Bachelor degree or above
  • At least 5 years working experience in supporting senior executives of sizable multinational companies
  • Pharmaceutical industry background is preferred
  • Supply Chain background is preferred
