We are seeking an experienced Administration Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional support and contributing to the success of our organization.
About the Role
This Administration Operations Coordinator position involves providing administrative support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of our Shanghai offices. You will be responsible for managing fixed assets, executing regular onsite patrols, and handling various administrative tasks.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate office setup, expansion, reconstruction, and termination projects to meet company requirements and business needs.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all office facilities are well-maintained and address any issues promptly.
- Oversee the management of fixed assets, including monitoring new asset bookings, transfers, and scrapping processes.
- Organize annual fixed asset counts in accordance with company procedures.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to expatriates, covering accommodation, vehicle, children's education, and other related matters.
- Support expatriates with visa applications, transportation, and other administrative tasks.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute various corporate events to ensure their success.
- Maintain strict adherence to administration policies and procedures, continuously improving and optimizing Administrative SOPs to enhance standardization and effectiveness.
- Negotiate with ADM-related suppliers to ensure high-quality services aligned with contractual agreements.
- Act as backup for the Administration Assistant during absences and provide consistent support to employees.
- Assume temporary leadership of the ADM team in case of absence and act as contact person for the ADM Team Leader.
- Undertake other tasks assigned by the ADM Team Leader or Business Operations Manager as required.
Your Qualifications

Education & Experience
- A college degree or higher
- No less than 3 years of experience in administration-related roles
