As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service for our products, providing sales support, and identifying potential opportunities.

A Day in the Life:

  • Sales Enablement: Generate license certifications, subscription certifications, and quotations; retain order-related documents in centralized filing systems; report regular data to regional sales teams; and create varied tasks for follow-up.
  • Research and Opportunity Identification: Process trial license requests from internal and external sources; conduct web searches for potential customers; update systems with new information and communicate valuable insights to sales teams; and track stock levels.
  • Data Management: Perform daily data-related work, including validation, monitoring, standardization, and data entry as needed; conduct global audits on Altium Business systems (Salesforce and Intact); ensure data validity for real-time tracking and sales analysis; and validate customer details and purchasing activities.
  • Administrative Support: Provide assistance with product pricing, price list updates, tax reviews, and calculations; test sales order processing changes; carry out general administrative duties as required; and deliver software packages and perform supportive tasks.

    Who We're Looking For:

    • 1-2 years of experience in sales departments or customer service organizations (outstanding fresh graduates considered)
    • Knowledge of sales operation systems
    • Interest in Salesforce and willingness to learn
    • Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
    • Self-learning ability
    • Good written and communication skills in English (CET-6 required), Japanese a plus
