About the Role:


At Marriott International, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to our guests. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and distribute incoming faxes and documents to the right personnel, guaranteeing timely communication.
  • Maintain office equipment in excellent working order, resolving any issues promptly and efficiently by contacting service representatives as needed.
  • Transmit information or documents via computer, mail, or facsimile machine, using your technical skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Update records and files by entering and retrieving information from computer databases using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball, demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Operate standard office equipment, other than computers, with precision and care.


Collaboration and Leadership:

You will assist management in various aspects of employee management, including hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees, while serving as a role model and first point of contact for our Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.



Guest Service Excellence:

Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to our company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs, and providing assistance to individuals with disabilities with genuine appreciation.



Communication and Teamwork:

Communicate clearly and professionally with others, prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette, developing positive working relationships with colleagues to reach common goals.



Physical Demands:

Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance, demonstrating physical fitness and agility.



Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and more.
