Pudong Shangri-La, Shanghai is a 5-star hotel located on the famous Huangpu River in Shanghai's vibrant Lujiazui financial district. Directly opposite the historical Bund, our hotel offers stunning views of the city skyline.

We have 950 rooms and suites to choose from, including signature family rooms featuring licensed products and amenities from Paul Frank and Pancoat.

Apart from its luxurious accommodations, our hotel boasts an impressive array of dining and entertainment options, with approximately 500 shopping, dining, and entertainment outlets around the hotel.

We are currently looking for a highly skilled Sales Coordinator to join our Sales & Marketing team.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales efforts and developing business strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of the hotel industry.
  • You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate sales efforts and develop business strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analytics to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of the hotel industry and current market trends
