Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Hyatt Regency Shanghai Jiading. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with corporate clients and driving sales growth.

About the Role

The Sales Executive will work independently to manage a corresponding number of corporate clients, ensuring professional telemarketing based on Hyatt Senior sales principles and smart sales philosophy. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both in English and Chinese, and be able to learn about hotel facilities, features, and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Systematically categorize accounts for designated departments and report results and opportunities to the Director of Sales/Deputy Director of Sales and Marketing
  • Follow up sales inquiries and identify potential business intentions
  • Establish and maintain existing customer base, and constantly develop new customers
  • Achieve monthly and annual personal goals, as well as departmental goals
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluent typing and document management skills
  • Excellent physical and mental health, with a high ability to resist pressure
  • Proficient in handling business letters in both Chinese and English
  • Aggressive behavior and strong interpersonal relationships
  • At least 2 years of international hotel-related work experience
  • Fluency in English
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 9am-6pm, with 5 days off per week. Occasional overtime may be required during holidays.
