R&D Scientist, Product Development, Beverage China

The role of R&D Scientist, Product Development, Beverage China involves leading the innovation, renovation, productivity, and brand maintenance of Pepsi black flavors. This position requires a Master's degree in Food Science or Food Engineering and fundamental technical knowledge in carbonated beverage development, process, package, QA, RS, consumer research, and analysis data illustration.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the Pepsi black innovation, renovation, productivity, and brand maintenance;
• Conduct lab prototyping, product trial runs, LPR, and ensure product stability, cogs, new ingredients approval, and formula approval;
• Ensure product delivery meets PepsiCo food safety, quality, microbe, and SRA requirements;
• Execute projects to meet TSG requirements and track information through the myinnovation system;
Requirements
• Master's degree in Food Science or Food Engineering;
• Fundamental technical knowledge in carbonated beverage development, process, package, QA, RS, consumer research, and analysis data illustration;
• Solid understanding of R&D innovation process, technical tools applicable to R&D projects, and activities;
• Good sense of innovation and strong intention to deliver best products with consumer centricity, execute formula design to meet Pepsi and Bottler requirements;
