Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement country talent management frameworks and programs to nurture local talent growth and pipeline.
- Lead or participate in other key talent management initiatives and projects as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or above in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in talent management or organizational development.
- Consulting firm background is preferred.
- Strong conceptual thinking, problem-solving, and consultancy skills.
