Role Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement a comprehensive quality control strategy for product processes. 30%
- Oversee daily quality management to maintain stability in production processes and identify any factors of change. 20%
- Collect and analyze quality data, generate quality reports, identify issues, and spearhead quality enhancement initiatives. 30%
- Address quality challenges by developing and executing corrective and preventive actions. 20%
Role Objective:
- Ensure that the manufacturing of rotary compressors meets the established quality standards.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in HVAC, mechanical, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification and Six Sigma Green Belt qualification.
- Over 5 years of experience in product quality management, with a preference for experience in rotary compressors.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken, and skilled in office software, particularly Minitab. Strong mathematical and statistical analysis skills, with expertise in quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA, CP, and PPAP.
