About the Role

The Schottky Rectifier Product Manager is responsible for managing and expanding the product portfolio within the Power Bipolar Discretes group at Nexperia. This position is based in Hamburg, Germany or Shanghai, China.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the product life cycle of the Schottky Rectifier portfolio
  • Identify portfolio gaps, market trends, and competitor portfolios to define and execute the product roadmap
  • Define product specifications and cost structures for new products
  • Create business plans for new products and drive execution to ensure business case fulfillment
  • Develop technical value propositions and promotional materials to position products in the market
  • Collaborate with R&D and stakeholders on competitor product analysis to derive a comprehensive performance and cost benchmark

About You:

  • Master's degree in physics or engineering discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar environment
  • Deep understanding of the discrete semiconductor market, competitor landscape, product key parameters, and product cost structures
  • Excellent analytical skills and structured work approach
  • Highly self-motivated and committed team player
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, taking ownership for business decisions
  • Strong customer focus and service orientation
  • Intercultural awareness and ability to work in international teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German
  • Willingness to travel (max. 10%) and engage with customers on a commercial and technical level
