About the Role

The Product Manager position at Nexperia offers an exciting opportunity to manage and expand the Schottky Rectifier product portfolio within the Power Bipolar Discretes segment.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining the strategic direction of the product portfolio, identifying market trends and competitor gaps, and driving the execution of innovative product roadmaps.

You will work closely with R&D teams to ensure that new products meet customer needs and remain competitive in the market.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire product life cycle, from development to launch and beyond.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor portfolios to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product specifications, targets, and cost structures.
  • Create business plans for new products and drive their execution to ensure successful commercialization.
  • Develop technical value propositions and promotional materials to effectively communicate the value of our products to customers.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in physics or engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of the discrete semiconductor market, competitor landscape, product key parameters, product cost structures, and product applications.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • High self-motivation and a commitment to teamwork.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, taking ownership of business decisions.
  • Strong customer focus and service orientation.
  • Intercultural awareness and ability to work in international teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German.
  • A willingness to travel (up to 10%) and engage with customers on a commercial and technical level.
