About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Portfolio Manager to join our team in Shanghai, China. As a key member of our asset and wealth management leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our business in China.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with regional leaders to develop and implement strategic plans for our China business, including building relationships with local authorities, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Take responsibility for ensuring sustainable growth of our business in China, including communicating relevant market opportunities and product information to the management team.
Requirements:
  • Fund practitioner qualification license
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a portfolio manager or SMP at a financial institution, commercial bank, securities company, or fund management company.
  • At least 2 consecutive years of investment management experience with a track record of managing RMB 20 million or more for a single product or account.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree and above
  • Min 5 years of prior work experience in a relevant field
  • Proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a variety of industries and businesses
  • Ability to self-direct, analyze and evaluate and form independent judgments
  • Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with senior management and global stakeholders
  • Commercially savvy with ability to exercise discretion with respect to highly confidential/sensitive information
  • Integrity, ethical standards and sound judgment
Estimated Salary:

RMB 1,200,000 - RMB 1,800,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
