Job Overview:

This role is responsible for unifying Valvoline Global Operations' light-duty portfolio in the APAC region. The successful candidate will work closely with the Brand Manager China Light Duty Strategy & Innovation to ensure that our portfolio aligns with our brand identity while enabling regional differentiation opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a unified portfolio architecture that showcases Valvoline's brand strength and enables easy differentiation across various shopping channels in APAC.
  2. Create a long-term product portfolio vision that balances unification with flexibility, allowing for key accounts to capture exclusive opportunities and amplify overall brand equity.
  3. Partner with the Senior Brand Manager APAC to deliver an innovation strategy that unlocks growth within the Co-Brand / Private Label section of APAC, ensuring additional Valvoline growth.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong teamwork, communication, planning, and organizational skills
  • Financial acumen and analytical thinking
  • Ability to deliver results and drive strategic growth
