At Coach, a global fashion house within the Tapestry portfolio, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Merchandising Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for developing and executing category merchandising strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own category merchandising strategies, financial results, and product needs, lifecycle decisions, and price positioning.
  • Create and own development of assortments to drive sales in market.
  • Know competitive and market trends and provide line input to the NY Corporate Merchandising team to develop product ideas that support customer needs.
  • Prepare and present reports to monitor business on a regular basis to the company executive.
  • Generate actions to maximize business opportunities in both sales and inventory management.
  • Own Door Profiling for the store network.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 4-6 Years of experience in a Merchandising or Buying capacity in a related business or brand.
  • Communication, presentation, strategic, and analytical skills are required.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese.
