Senior Creative Strategist

The Senior Creative Strategist is responsible for guiding and overseeing the multidisciplinary creation of innovative and captivating digital solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate and ideate with the creative team to develop comprehensive campaign concepts Establish and steer the overall creative vision across various disciplines to bring concepts to life Proactively identify challenges and provide effective resolutions Deliver presentations that are clear and impactful directly to clients Take ownership of timely deliverables and ensure high-quality design that adheres to client standards Always review work with the Creative Director before internal meetings and client presentations Actively mentor and support the development of team members Ensure compliance with client style guides and graphic standards in all work produced Represent and communicate AKQA's creative philosophy, methodologies, and capabilities to clients and across departments Stay informed about the latest design trends and industry advancements Inspire and lead peers within the creative team

QUALIFICATIONS

Over 7 years of experience in relevant creative fields An exceptional portfolio showcasing creative expertise Strong foundation in one or more creative disciplines (design, art direction, interaction design, copywriting, motion graphics, creative development) Outstanding creative skills with a strong ability to develop concepts Proven capability to lead a team across diverse creative areas Ability to devise innovative solutions to creative challenges Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills Team-oriented and self-driven Understanding of web development principles and processes Professional demeanor and articulate presence in all aspects of team and client interactions Capable of directing photographers, illustrators, producers, sound designers, directors, and external vendors as necessary
